Mindscape and Microids have been working together for many years now. The start of our partnership was the launch of Syberia 3. In 2001 Mindscape published part 1 of Syberia very successful. The marketing manager of Microids remembered that, and granted us the opportunity to work on part 3. Since then Mindscape distributes the wonderful brands and games of Microids with great success. Since the start of the collaboration, many successful games have been launched, brands created and out-of-the-box concepts developed. To successfully launch Syberia 3, Mindscape developed the 'Frozen Into Ice' launch campaign. A promotion which received worldwide recognition. Below you can find more about this campaign.

For the launch of Syberia 3, more than 10 years after Syberia 2, we looked into how we could get the best attention for this beautiful game. With a limited budget, we strived to make the most out of it. So we thought what better way than to send a statue of Kate Walker (the main character), with the game in an ice cube to all the relevant press and influencers the day before release. You can see the great result in the video. The response from even the usual critical media was overwhelmingly positive.
