If you participate in a promotion or competition, we ask for a valid e-mail address, date of birth, place of birth, place of residence and optional telephone number. This way we can carry out the promotion, but also announce the winners! We also measure the response to our advertising campaigns in this way.

Contact form and newsletter We offer the possibility to ask questions via our web shop through a contact form, in which you are asked to enter various details to handle your question. You choose yourself which data you provide. The data you send to us will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail requires it to be fully answered and processed. 

We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and / or services. Every newsletter contains a link that you can use to unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission.

Location data
If necessary for the service, we can collect location data (GPS) from you. Your permission will be requested for this at the time.

This (location) data can also be stored and processed by the provider of, for example, the navigation / map software, such as Google Maps, but the data can also be used by, for example, Google or Apple itself. We have no influence on this. We recommend that you read the relevant privacy statements from the relevant provider.

Provision to third parties
We can pass on your data to our partners. These partners deliver customized advertisements based on your personal data. These partners are involved in the implementation of the agreement. These partners can use your data for their own marketing purposes.

When processing your order, we provide the necessary personal information to DHL and Vendor Services Nederland for sending your shipment of physical products.

When you use our referral system to our online download platform, they will use the above information for the same processing of your order. Your data will only be saved when the order has been fully completed.

Social media buttons are included in our web store. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our web store. We have entered into a data processing agreement with Google to make agreements about how to use our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. Finally, we have the IP addresses anonymized.

Security
